Position Objectives & Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Aerospace digital newsfeed to identify and aggregate potential sales opportunities
• Monitor daily Space digital newsfeed to identify and aggregate potential sales opportunities
• HubSpot monitoring and daily lead compilation to identify and take immediate action for sales engagement  
• Review and organize visual assets and document libraries (naming convention, asset descriptions)
• Support social media assets categorization and optimization efforts (SEO, metatags, captions)
• Collaborate with Marketing Team for digital product descriptions refinement and optimization
• Support Customer Service Team with Processing and fulfillment of Marketing Materials requests (SDS, TDS, Brochures, etc…)

 Position-Specific Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Education   
• Solid communication skills with the ability to read, write, solve basic math problems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office   
• Detail oriented and good analytical skills
