Key Account Program Specialist

We’re looking for a Key Account Program Specialist our Tennessee and surrounding states region, as the face of our company at key retail locations - delivering expertise, support, and service that truly stands out.
In this role, you won’t just maintain accounts - you’ll strengthen partnerships, elevate performance, and drive results through hands-on technical service and customer collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver regular on-site technical service to assigned retail chain locations
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store management, contractors, and janitorial teams
- Provide product guidance, application support, and training to ensure optimal results
- Troubleshoot challenges and offer practical, effective solutions in real time
- Monitor and report on:
- Product usage and performance
- Team effectiveness and training opportunities
- Facility conditions and maintenance needs
- Competitive activity and growth opportunities
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
- Demonstrate awareness and competency relevant to both the Environmental Management System (EMS) and the Quality Management System (QMS), including but not limited to policies, objectives, and compliance obligations related to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) system.
